How to Shop with us

You find products by clicking through menus or by entering a keyword in the search box. By clicking on a product, the specific information is presented. After choosing the requested quantity, you can place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the buy icon, and you can shop further or go to checkout. Your basket can be viewed / entered at the top right corner of the web shop.


The checkout process is carried out in steps:


Step 1: Customer Registration: In order to buy products, you need to register as a customer, by at least filling in the mandatory fields marked by a star. Once an account is created, you can simply login with email and password. Additionally you have the option to apply a different billing address than your delivery address. Then click "Save".


Step 2: Shipping: At this point you choose how you want your goods delivered by clicking next to the desired carrier, where delivery costs and the expected delivery time also is stated. Then you need to read and accept our terms and conditions by clicking the mandatory field, as we encourage you to read these carefully. Finally you can add a comment to the order.


Step 3: Payment: Finally you need to choose how you will pay the goods. We currently accept bank wire transfer and the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. Noting the payment fees listed next to the payment card; please select your choice of payment. When you click on a payment method, you will be directed to an encrypted connection, where you enter your card information and authorize the payment.

Prices and fees

All prices to EU are inclusive Danish VAT of 25%. For countries outside EU prices are listed without VAT and other customs / duties, which you will have to pay additionally when receiving your package. All rates and fees will be visible in the shopping cart when ordering.

Disclaimers

As a user / customer, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and ensure that your computer at all times protected against third party applications. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. If you observe or suspect that a third party is using your account, you must immediately notify us.

We do reserve the right, at own initiative and judgment, to deny access to the site, close an account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

When you order products in the shop, please note that the contract is not considered binding before you receive an order confirmation, taking availability / obsolete items and price increases into consideration. If significant price increases should occur, we reserve the right to deny the purchase and cancel the order. Product images and descriptions are approximate and may change without notice.

Since communication between you and the shop mainly takes place through e-mail, in example, you will receive an order confirmation, invoice and package tracking number by e-mail, you accept responsibility for ensuring that you always are capable of receiving emails and that these are not removed, i.e. by spam filters, since we cannot be held responsible for errors and / or discrepancies caused by missing or wrongly filled customer registration and / or incorrect receipt / completion of the e-mail.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return your item. The right of withdrawal cannot be used by retailers in a business-to-business transaction. Within 14 days after you received it, you have to make us aware of the claim. Then you have 14 days to make the return, if you were to cancel/regret your trade. You must pay for return shipping regardless of how many products you have purchased. By partial return of an order there will be no freight costs refunded, unless the goods, against our expectation, should be flawed or missing.

If the goods unexpectedly should be affected by errors and / or omissions, you obviously do not pay for return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not mean that you have an absolute right to get the full amount for the item return. If the product has been handled in such a way that it has no value, you will not be entitled to the purchase price return. To get the full purchase price return, the item must only be used to the same extent, as is accepted before purchase in a regular physical store. Before you send an item return, you must consider if an ordinary shop would accept the use of the product has been exposed to. You have the right to see an item and try out some features. On the other hand, the return amount could be reduced if the product has been used for a prolonged period or at all showing signs of wear.

ATTENTION! When the goods are received and registered, you will be refunded the outstanding amount and a credit note will be available to you in the customer center, on the specific order.

We always record your computer's IP address upon purchase.

If you regret your purchase, simply return the package by following the above procedure.

Delivery

We have chosen to work with some of the most professional providers of parcel services, so that you can choose who will deliver your goods when you buy in the shop. Even though we do take reservations for items being delayed during transport and it should be recalled that we cannot be liable for orders incorrectly addressed, or otherwise false, inaccurate and / or incorrect registration, that may cause product loss in transit. Likewise we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control.

All items you see in the shop are in stock and will be reviewed and quality assured before shipment, but in rare cases, delivery is not completed because the goods are temporarily out of stock, or is not in a condition, we want to send forward. If an item on your order may be delayed / sold out, the other items you have ordered will be shipped and the backorder will be sent to you free of charge. In case the order cannot be fulfilled, your payment will be cancelled and a notification will be sent by mail.

All shipments are insured by us, but should you unexpectedly receive a damaged package, you must immediately and before opening it, report it to the carrier or location where you received your package. If the delivery is without tracking, you should contact us. Once you have received / signed the package receipt, you are responsible for the product.

Payment

We are dedicated about security, so our payment solution uses SSL encryption of communication between you, the web shop and the payment service provider. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol. SSL ensures that data is encrypted / encoded so that no one can copy your credit card during the transaction. SSL feature lies in the browser and automatically activated when you shop in the store. You should not install additional software in order to benefit from SSL.

Our payment solution is fully PCI certified, which is an international standard for credit card data handling. The standard defines a set of requirements for the storage, transmission and handling of credit card data - and how to check that the requirements are met.

Both consumers and e-commerce stores will benefit from the enhanced safety requirements laid down by a PCI certification, which reduces fraud and gives you a greater sense of security as a customer in the shop.

Our payment solution also supports 3-D secure payments.

When paying by credit card, we do reserve the right to verify the card and the order's validity. The verification is based on a variety of factors, and we reserve the right to reject your order without further notice, if the order cannot pass the verification.

Complaints

Should you, contrary to our expectations need to complain about the purchased goods, you have a warranty for 24 months after the goods are received according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. However, it is essential that these defects are not caused by improper, erroneous, hazardous or other blatant misuse of the product.

Privacy policy

The online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. We collect information when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

The information collected is name, gender, birthday (optional), email address, invoice - (and) delivery address, postal number, city, country and phone/cell number and credit card information.

When shopping or creating an account, apart from processing the transactions, you have the option of entering different site features, i.e. newsletters, contests and loyalty programs, and when entering you will accept to receive occasional company news, updates related product or service information etc. With every mail, you will have the option of unsubscribing and you will at any given time be able to terminate your account.

The information collected will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience; hence the information helps us to better and respond to your individual needs. We use your information to improve our website performance and customer service, since we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
